The staff here is amazing! They scheduled me and my kitty cat in the same day I called. Everyone was kind and professional from the moment we walked through the door. Dr. Kozel is great! She made me feel like she really cares about my kitty, and they even checked up on us after a couple of days! I would highly recommend this office!

This place is by far the best. I’ve been to many veterinarians’ offices in the past 13 years with some of my babies. Some were kinda shady, others very expensive. This place is caring, gentle, and priced correctly. My Oreo came in with black spots in his eye. I was worried about them. He’s gotta see an optometrist and keep an eye on his spots to make sure it doesn’t progress. Told me the prices of everything beforehand. My Smokey and Shadow are next to come. I travel two cities away just to go to Refugee Canyon because they are the best.

Refugee Canyon was my vet for well over a decade. I moved and went to 3 other vets. They didn’t match up to Refugee Canyon, so I’m going back. Refugee Canyon has done most of my dogs’ surgeries, boarding, and grooming. They’ve got several amazing vets on staff. It’s easy to get in. They’re thorough and kind. I can’t say enough good things. I’ll make the hour-long drive for what they offer.

My dog had surgery in a very unfortunate spot near his rear. They were knowledgeable and removed the tumor, and even when my dog tore the stitches, they were calm and knew how to direct me to clean it and meds, and he healed from the inside out. They were fantastic with my dog, and we highly recommend them!! Very thankful for their services and for taking care of our pup.
